GeorgeFest in Eustis
GeorgeFest in Eustis, FL is a festival that has been running in this small town for over 100 years. In 2008, we were approached by the Lake Eustis Chamber of Commerce to help out with fixing a problem to their existing website. The site was a good old fashion website that one would have expected from the 1980s.
Its life was over before it ever really began. I was only given one real source of nutrition, traffic driven to it by the chamber’s own website. Yes, there were other links out there, but nothing that could allow the site to sustain on its own. Year after year, the site sat dormant except for very minor changes to reflect new dates, times, and sponsors.
Healthy Business Solutions, LLC stepped and offered to sponsor the 2009 GeorgeFest website. Within a few weeks of the offer being officially accepted, the site got a major face lift. New color scheme, multiple pages, user friendly, and a means by which to communicate. The site became its own entity.
Once GeorgeFest in Eustis had a basis with which to venture into the worldwide web, Healthy Business Solutions introduced the site into the social media spheres where it quickly obtained fans and followers. With a healthy following, a storefront was created to offer its friends a collection of goods to remind them of GeorgeFest and the new and welcoming change that has been brought forth in the festival.
A site that once laid dormant and mostly neglected has been given a new life which has obtained its own following and source of income to bring the chamber a new found means of revenue that was never before possible. Check out GeorgeFest in Eustis to see what a new life can bring.
